Claiborne EMS wants to send a big thank you to Powell Valley Electric Cooperative, Claiborne County 911, Metro Communications and Roger Ball. On Friday July 6 a thunder storm caused the Claiborne EMS tower to collapse and disabled the radio communication between Claiborne EMS and 911.

With assistance from these organizations we regained temporary radio service yesterday around 1 pm-without their help, none of this would have been possible. It is always great to see everyone working together to help the community!!!
